Is the first chat really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. It's a chance to talk about your plans and for us to explain your options. In most cases our service is free for the whole loan, as we're paid by the lender when it settles.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. We can meet in person at our North Adelaide office, or by phone or video if that suits you better. Just let us know your preference when you book.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal for the first chat. A rough idea of your income, savings and debts is plenty. Our booking page has a short checklist if you'd like to get ahead.
Can you help if I live outside Adelaide?
Yes. We help clients across Adelaide and South Australia, and phone and video meetings make it easy wherever you are.
